✨ The Joy Set Before Me: Why I’m Excited About my Future in Christ.

Appearance in/from the sky.

There are many things people look forward to in life—career milestones, family legacies, or personal achievements. But for me, the deepest excitement I carry is not rooted in this world. It’s anchored in eternity.

I am excited that one day, someone—perhaps even multitudes—will stumble upon my writings and encounter the living Christ. That through the stories I tell, the truths I share, and the Spirit that breathes through every word, hearts will be softened, eyes opened, and souls awakened to the reality of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

“So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty,
but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.”
— Isaiah 55:11

This is not just a hope—it is a promise I cling to. My pen is not idle; it is a vessel. And I believe that even long after I’m gone, my words will still echo with the power of the Gospel.

🕊️ The Blessed Hope: The Rapture

But there’s more. I am excited about the Rapture—the glorious moment when Christ returns for His bride. Whether I am alive to witness it or asleep in the Lord, I know this: I will be caught up with Him in the clouds, and I will be changed.

“For the Lord himself will come down from heaven,
with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God,
and the dead in Christ will rise first.
After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds
to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.”
— 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17

This is not fantasy. It is the blessed hope of every believer (Titus 2:13). And it fills me with joy unspeakable.

🌿 Incorruptible Remains: A Glorious Transformation

Even if I die before the Rapture, I am not afraid. My body may return to dust, but my spirit is secure—and my remains, though buried, are not forgotten. The Word declares that what is sown in weakness will be raised in power. What is perishable will be raised imperishable.

“For this corruptible must put on incorruption,
and this mortal must put on immortality.”
— 1 Corinthians 15:53

“And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you,
he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies
because of his Spirit who lives in you.”
— Romans 8:11

This is the mystery and majesty of resurrection life. My remains—yes, even my bones—are marked by promise. They are not destined for decay but for glory.

🔥 Final Thoughts: Why This Matters

I write not just for today, but for eternity. I live not just for now, but for the day when the trumpet sounds. And I rejoice—not in what I have done, but in what Christ has promised.

So if you’re reading this and wondering what your future holds, let me tell you: there is no greater joy than knowing Jesus. No greater security than being found in Him. And no greater destiny than being caught up in His glory.

“Therefore encourage one another with these words.”
— 1 Thessalonians 4:18

What are you most excited about for the future?
